Delivery Locations

We currently ship to:

Ireland and the European Union.

Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days. Custom pieces may require 2 weeks — this will be stated clearly before purchase.

Shipping

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary by region and order size. Shipping is don through An Post.

Estimated Delivery Times

Ireland: 1-2 business days registered post

EU: 5-7 business days registered post

Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur beyond our control.

Customs & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price, and we cannot predict or cover them on behalf of the buyer.

Lost or Delayed parcels

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility passes to the postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Eligibility :

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.

• Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons.

Custom orders::

• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refund Process:

1. Contact us by email with your order number.

2. We will confirm and provide return instructions.

3. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the item.

4. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

• Contact us within 5 days with photos if your item arrives damaged.

• We will offer a replacement or refund.

Return Shiping:

• Customers cover return postage unless item is faulty.

• We recommend tracked returns, as we cannot replace lost returns.
