Welcome to Nicole O’Connor Ceramics. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nicole o’Connor Ceramics is an Irish-based online retailer specialising in handmade ceramic jewellery and related accessories.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Irish law.

3. Products

  1. All jewellery pieces are handmade, and slight variations may occur, making each item unique.

  2. We make every effort to accurately display product colours and details, but differences in screens or lighting may result in slight variation.

  3. Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify items at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

  1. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  2. Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.

  3. We accept payment through our Squarespace retail parter.

  4. Your payment must clear before your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We currently ship to addresses within Ireland and the European Union only.

  2. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and must be paid at the time of purchase.

  3. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal service delays or external factors.

  4. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once an item has been handed over to the courier/postal provider.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  2. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless defective.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  4. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

  5. Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

7. Damage, Defects & Ceramic Care

  1. Ceramic jewellery is fragile and may break if dropped or handled roughly.

  2. In cases of damage during delivery, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item, with photographic evidence.

  3. Normal wear, neglect, or accidental damage is not covered by warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, product designs, text, logos, and branding—belongs to Nicole O‘Connor ceramics. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase will not exceed the price of the product involved.

  • You use our products at your own risk, especially given their fragile nature.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Irish courts.
